Pilus and makeup-who paid for what?
I am in the process of choosing hair/makeup vendors. I have 7 in my wedding party, myself and the mother of the groom. I've seen different posts merely I'm curious how everyone approached information technology. Did yous pay for one, both, none? Did you ask all your people what they wanted to practise and let them know the cost? This nuptials is far more $ than expected that'southward for sure.

I am paying for myself, my bridesmaids, jr bridesmaid, and bloom girl simply will not be requiring information technology for anyone. I will not be paying for either of our moms. Usually if you're requiring them to take professional hair and makeup done, and then it'due south a nice gesture to pay for it. If you're non requiring it and don't want to pay, then I would let everyone know how start much information technology costs and ask who is interested.

My bridesmaids are roofing their hair/makeup costs (if they cull to have their hair and/or makeup professionally done). I booked a pilus/makeup creative person whose prices were inside anybody'south upkeep, and am letting everyone decide whether they want to accept it done. Typically, if you lot are requesting that they all become their hair and/or makeup professionally done, so you should encompass the cost for them. Otherwise, it's fine to ask them to cover their ain costs if they get to cull whether to exercise it or not.

I am not requiring anyone to take hair and makeup professionally done. I am paying for myself, my MOH, and my bridesmaids if they want their hair done and they have agreed to pay for their dresses. I am not a big makeup person, and so everyone is responsible for either doing their own makeup or paying for it themselves.

My mother paid for the girls hair and makeup (7 people in total: bride, bridesmaids, mothers). I was going to pay information technology regardless considering my girls were thinking of going to get it done themselves or exercise it themselves. I couldn't let them do that because I needed them gear up to go past 1pm for pictures. Some of them tend to sleep in, expect it off a few hours, and they are pretty dull at getting ready then considering I knew my girls so well I told them that information technology would be taken cared of. (We all stayed together the night earlier so we can all get set up together.)
And then, if it is inside your budget then go alee and pay for all the girls. If it is not then just be firm and allow them know that you need them ready by a sure time. Again, I couldn't allow my girls do that because 3 of them tend to be late ALL the time LOL.

I covered all the costs for hair, makeup, manicures, and pedicures for all of my bridesmaids + my mom and MIL. If you don't want to cover these costs for your hymeneals party then you lot can make hair and makeup optional

I have information technology optional for my girls and I gave them the quoted price from my HMUA, and asked who is interested in each service. Everyone wanted hair and so I'g toying with the idea of paying for that for them if nosotros take the money, but I haven't told anyone that.

I paid for both for my girls. I'grand only having my sis and sister in police force equally my bridesmaids, only I got ready with (and had my hair and makeup paid for) by two close friends at their weddings, so I wanted them to get their pilus and makeup done with me.

Mine is as well more than I expected. I'yard paying hair and makeup for myself, my mother, my MIL and my maid of honor and i bridesmaid. But if I had more in my wedding party I might've picked one or the other

I paid for myself and gave my bridal political party the option to use my hair and makeup artist at their ain expense. Almost chose to have their hair done, merely did their ain makeup, which I was completely fine with.
